AWANA Clubs

Awana is our weekly Bible Club for students ages 4 years old through 4th grade; and is based on 2 Timothy 2:15.
This co-ed club is a combination of Bible learning, Bible Memorization, and Games. New friends can join anytime!

Sunday Nights (starting August 17, 2025) 5:00-7:00 pm
Please use registration form below for each child.
Arrive at 4:30 on the first night to complete all paperwork.

Membership fee for the year is $25 per child. (Scholarships may be available to help with costs)
This pays for a uniform, a handbook, awards, prizes, and treats throughout the AWANA year.

Emergency Contact Information

Please note the following:
  • First night of Awana is Sunday, 8/17. The last night of Awana is 5/3/26. Awana awards will be held on 5/17/26.
  • Cubbies must be 4 years old by August, and potty trained. Sparks are K-2nd grade. T&T are 3rd-4th grade.
  • Awana will not meet on the following nights: 8/31/25, 11/30/25, 12/28/25, 4/5/26 and 5/10/26.

has my permission to attend Awana 2025-26 hosted by New Palestine Bible Church and held on Sundays from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. I UNDERSTAND AND DO HEREBY AGREE TO ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS AND OTHER RELATED RISKS THAT MAY BE ENCOUNTERED BY MY CHILD PARTICIPATING IN AWANA.
  
The undersigned hereby releases and forever discharges New Palestine Bible Church, its staff, adult leaders, and any other persons, who it might be claimed to be liable. None of whom admit any liability from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever and particularly on account of all injuries known and unknown, both to person and property, which have resulted or may in the future develop from any accident which might occur as a result of joining AWANA sponsored by
I further state that I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE FORGOING RELEASE AND KNOWN THE CONTENTS THEREOF AND AM SIGNING THIS RELEASE AS AN ACT OF MY OWN FREE WILL. This is a legally binding agreement, which I have read, understood, and agree to.

Photo Release

I do hereby grant/deny permission to New Palestine Bible Church to use the image of my child, as marked by my selection below. Such use includes the display, distribution, publication, transmission, or otherwise use of photographs, images, and/or video taken of my child for use in materials that include, but may not be limited to, printed materials, videos, and digital images.
