Sermon on the Level – Gospel of Luke Luke 6:17-26
In His Sermon on the Level Jesus leveled with His first disciples and us all about what the Christian life is about. Specifically, in Luke 6:17-26, the way of blessing versus the way of woe from God's/His perspective. It is opposite of what we would naturally think, what the world says.

His words are radical. And so we need to ask ourselves: Do I want to have God’s blessing, or do I want to follow the way of the world, with all of the woe it will bring me in the end? Which kind of life am I leading right now? One way to answer these questions is to meditate on Luke 6 and see which list comes closer to describing the way we are living.

Be Clean – Gospel of Luke – Luke 5:12-16
This Sunday we return to Luke's Gospel so that we might better understand and appreciate who the Lord Jesus Christ is and what He has done for us. In order to follow Him, be His disciples, much less, help make disciples, we need to know Him and what He has done well. I am really looking forward to considering Luke 5:12-16 together and sharing a vista of Christ's work you may not have seen before.
